    General Manager | Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft

    An avid dog lover, who is fluent in 5 different languages, Simon Lee has been a part of the Tamarind Restaurant Group for over ten years. His extensive education in the hospitality industry is inspiring and we are honored to have him as a part of the Tamarind Restaurant Group family.

    Simon graduated college from the American Hotel & Motel Association (AHMA) with a degree in Hotel & Culinary Arts. From there, he has worked with numerous hotels including The Ritz Carlton Company.

    A travel enthusiast, Simon has been to over ten countries, and equally enjoys nights in with his husband and their two dogs in Midtown.

  • Jypzi Suepongsa

    General Manager | Chai Yo Modern Thai

    A dog lover and former flight attendant, who also played college basketball, Jypzi Suepongsa has been a part of the Tamarind Group for five years.

    Allergic to dogs, but still a dog-lover, Jypzi resides in north Buckhead with her 6 year old chocolate lab, Magneto.

  • Samantha Niyomkul

    Manager | Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft

    A travel lover who has a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, Samantha Niyomkul has worked with the Tamarind Restaurant Group for over 15 years.

    Sister to Charlie Niyomkul, and aunt to DeeDee Niyomkul, Samantha is more than a manager at Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft - she truly is family. Originally from Thailand, Samantha fell in love with the hospitality industry when she first cooked a fish dish for her friends and family, who all loved and raved about her cooking.

    Her husband, Nik, also works for the Tamarind Group at Nan Thai Fine Dining. They reside in a Midtown high rise with one son.

  • Linda Boualavong

    Bar Manager | Chai Yo Modern Thai

    A travel lover who collects shot glasses from her travel destinations, Linda Boualavong has worked with the Tamarind Group since 2020.

    An industry veteran, Linda grew up in the restaurant and hospitality industry, having worked alongside her mother run their own restaurant, and worked for restaurants throughout Boston and Atlanta including, O-Ku, and the Hilton Hotels.

    Linda lives south of Atlanta with three dogs and her family.
